Allow yourself to make mistakes
Nobody is perfect and does everything right. Many people put themselves under enormous pressure - not only at work. You should learn to live with your weaknesses because they are only human. Try to say no sometimes and delegate tasks to others. Missing an appointment is not the end of the world or a threat to your career. Certain things like ironing your underwear or a few weeds in your garden are surely not as important as your health, well-being and vitality. So do not try to be perfect, face conflicts openly, and take necessary time off to relax and regain your mental and physical strength.
