| Stress factors rack the nerves |
 |
|
Stress is seldom triggered by a single factor. Most of the time many "stress factors" come together. Moreover, for every person suffering from constant stress there comes a point when the situation itself becomes a stress factor. There are numerous causes for stress: pressure to perform on the job, quarrels with colleagues and superiors, serious illnesses, relationship problems, unresolved conflicts, loneliness, and isolation. However, heat, cold, and noise can also act as stress factors. |
