What happens as we age?
If one summarizes the physical and mental vitality functions, one can determine that vitality increases from birth until about age 30. After that one's capacity gradually begins to decline. But while chronological age is definitely fixed, biological age, the true determinant of individual vitality, is by far less rigid. For example: Assuming you are 50 years old, chronologically, you can control having the vitality of someone between the age 30 - 60.
