Body and mind - two parts of one organism
Is it really possible to differentiate between body and mind? Is "mind" only a thing in our head and does "body" just describe our physiology? In western cultures and medicine the answer is yes, although this is changing slowly but surely. In the last years, holistic and alternative medicine has become more and more important. Many patients seek alternative medical help besides traditional medications.

Eastern cultures, on the other hand, have always seen mind and body as two connected parts of one whole. The so-called dualism is a concept, which only exists in western cultures and goes back to Descartes and his theories.

On the following pages we would like to give you some advice on how to stay fit and active, how to handle friction, hectic scrambling, and conflicts, and give you a few tips for avoiding stress.
