Phosphorus
Phosphorus is an important part of our structures such as bones, teeth, and membranes. This mineral also plays an important role in several biochemical reactions.

The main sources for phosphorus are meat and milk, whole-grain bread and cereals. There are no reports about a phosphorus toxicity. Only if the consumption of phosphorus is higher than the calcium intake, it can interfere with the calcium absorption and its availability.
