Niacin
Niacin supports the functioning of the digestive system, skin and nerves. It also plays a vital role in converting food into energy.

Important sources of niacin are dairy products, poultry, fish, lean meats, nuts, and eggs. A lack of niacin may lead to pellagra, a disease in which skin and digestive problems occur as well as mental impairment.
