Pantothenic acid
This vitamin is very important for the metabolism of food. It is an essential factor in the synthesis of hormones and cholesterol.

Pantothenic acid is contained in eggs, fish, milk and dairy products, whole-grain cereals, vegetables of the cabbage family, and other foods that are good sources of the B vitamins. Large doses of pantothenic acid may cause diarrhea.
